Veil of Alaris armor is built from a tier drop combined inside a Reliquary of Refinement. Tier 1 needs a template and a class-matched Adorning Agent; Tiers 2–4 use either your previous tier's piece or a purchased Unadorned piece.

Your Group drop (Rustic item of Argath) or Raid drop, plus an Osmium or Fantastic template, plus the Adorning Agent that matches your class, inside a Reliquary of Refinement. This produces the finished Tier 1 piece.
Your Group drop (Formal item of Lunanyn) or Raid drop with your Tier 1 armor piece, inside a Reliquary of Refinement.
Combine the armor drop with your class's Adorning Agent plus a piece of Plain Unadorned Armor (about 10.5k plat), inside a Reliquary of Refinement.
Your Group drop (Embellished item of Kolos) or Raid drop with your Tier 2 armor piece, inside a Reliquary of Refinement.
Combine the armor drop with your class's Adorning Agent plus a piece of Detailed Unadorned Armor (about 13k plat), inside a Reliquary of Refinement.
Your Group drop (Grandiose item of Alra) or Raid drop with your Tier 3 armor piece, inside a Reliquary of Refinement.
Combine the armor drop with your class's Adorning Agent plus a piece of Sophisticated Unadorned Armor (about 16k plat), inside a Reliquary of Refinement.
Shadowknights, Shaman, Necromancers, and Beastlords change the focus on one of their wrists by combining it in a Reliquary of Refinement by itself.
