Steal boxes of supplies and deliver them to Tasara without being attacked. 0/1 (Sepulcher of Order) In the back of the building there are boxes to get supplies, you will need to get 1 and turn them in to Tesara without aggroing any mobs (as indicated by on the map)
Report back to Infiltrator Tesara 0/1 (Sepulcher of Order) Return to and Hail Infiltrator Tesara (as indicated by on the map)

You get a buff on you when you accept the mission called Stealthy Delivery; it lasts 6 minutes and if you are aggro'd or attacked it poofs. You must have the buff on you when you do the hand in.
