- To make this you must loot a Kangon Hair from wind striders, fluttering kangons or breezerunners found throughout the grassy areas in the center of the zone, and you must loot a Sample of Pure Water from elementals found throughout the zone in the outter areas, after you have both, combine them in the Vial you were given
